the correct answer gets a free slurpee

Do you know what the difference between a Slurpee and an ICEE are? The correct answer can get a free slurpee anyway cause, well they're free today while cups last.

Happy 79th Birthday 7-Eleven!

well sayshuh gets it with not only added carbonation (the preferred answer) but about 50 more. Good Job Sayshuh! Now i can direct you to the nearest 711 to you currently. I would say that you'd want to hit the sev-elev up on santa monica and sawtelle right across from the nuart. Seriously go now, i think they may be running out of cups, plus they close early...... Thanks for playing and your second place prize can be found down on Manchester at Randy's. it's a buy it yourself dozen donuts! Third place winner gets to stand in line at Titos on washington and pick up their own tacos or meat burritos. Enjoy and catch us here again for another installment of YOU'VE REALLY NOT WON ANYTHING!!!

In 1965 the slush drink was first invented by the ICEE Company. Two years later 7-Eleven licensed the process and started selling it as the Slurpee.

its kind of a badly worded question b/c there are many differences. for starters, the name is different. secondly, slurpees don't develop what they call in the Slush industry as "ice-caps". third, slurpee does not have a mascot whereas icee has a polar bear. Fourth, Icee ads some carbonation chemical. plus Icee had an official soft ball team. also, coke and pepsi are used exclusively with slurpee. so what do you have to say to that? thank you google...
